Minutes of the General Meeting held on Monday March 1, 2021
The meeting was called to order at approx. 8:03 p.m. - on-line Moderator/Chair. – President David Gilmour
Attendance – 20 members: Dave & Patti Gilmour, Cindy Thomas, Doris Avery, Christine Burton, Shawn Mealey, Mike Hockley, Francine Gillanders, Lee & Mary Jane Nowak, Mary Curl, Marta Nettelfield, Radhakrishnan Swaminathan, Jane Holicka, Brian Murphy, Leah Quiring, Karen Parton, Kim Long, Jenny & Mike Catton,

Reminder: A quick reminder that there is a prize at the end of the year for everyone that has attended a meeting, served on the exec or a committee. You get one entry for every meeting attended, committee served on or exec position. They go into a hat at the end of the year and a name is drawn.
Minutes: 
Dave: I would like to call the meeting to order and start with thanking everyone for taking the time to come out tonight. If you could type in your name for attendance please.

Dave: Everyone should of had time to read last months meeting minutes. Is there any errors or omissions? If not I move the minutes be accepted as written

• Mary: No report except that we do not know if there will be a BCC National this year.
• Dave: Thx Mary . Monika had to cancel her show this year due to covid. I suggest that unless anyone else is willing to take it on we roll it over to next year with Monika's show again

• Dave: Mary did you get any correspondence from Melissa ?
• Mary: No I did not.,
• Cindy: Melissa asked me to report that she has sent the annual BCC letter of support to the CWDF to Anthony as requested by myself.

• Dave: As there is no old business we will move onto new business. I will start it off by announcing the attendance draw winner for 2020 was Mary Curl.
